Refund policy

At MouthShield, we value your satisfaction and aim to make returns as simple as possible. Our returns policy gives you 60 days from the date of purchase to return the product for a refund.

To initiate a return, email us at sleepwell@mouthshield.com with your order details and we will send you instructions on next steps. The product can be returned in any condition, but shipping costs for the return are your responsibility. Once we receive the product, you will be refunded your purchase price minus $5 for the initial shipping and handling unless you purchased expedited shipping. Your refund will be processed within 3–5 business days.
